Data Analyst - Customer Insights
MSP Corp is a national leader in managed IT services, partnering with exceptional companies to find the right talent. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze customer purchasing behavior and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manipulate large datasets (“slice and dice” data) to identify trends and opportunities
- Review customer invoices and purchasing patterns to better understand buying behavior
- Create targeted customer lists and personas based on purchasing activity and segmentation
- Produce reports and insights on customer behavior for marketing and sales teams
- Work with data stored in a data lake to extract, analyze, and structure relevant information
Skills
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business insights
- Strong skills in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data in a data lake environment
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Bilingual: an asset
- Experience in customer analytics, segmentation, or marketing insights is an asset
