HR Service Center Rep I, Texas

They are seeking an HR Service Center Rep I to reputed company reputed company and accurate service to customers by processing HR documents and assisting with various HR programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company and accurate service to customers (primarily reputed company employees) by assisting with processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes
• Providing information on a wide reputed company of reputed company programs and services reputed company phone, chat, AskHR cases
• Expeditious referral of more reputed company issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for reputed company including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, work life programs, etc
• Attend a mandatory 4-6 week training program

Skills

• High School diploma or GED
• 9 months customer service or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
• 6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc. along with toggling between multiple screens
• 10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math
• Strong service orientation with the desire to assist the customer
• reputed company and concise verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of confidentiality
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Team player in a high paced team environment
• Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence
• Advanced experience using reputed company
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
