[Remote] Associate Attorney

They are seeking an Associate Attorney to work closely with partners on reputed company wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, focusing primarily on reputed company motor vehicle litigation while developing litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Partners
• Conduct reputed company reputed company research and writing on sophisticated reputed company
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Help strategize on the firm's largest and most challenging cases
• Handle depositions, hearings, and comprehensive trial preparation
• Serve as second chair at trial alongside Partners
• Work on cases across multiple venues and jurisdictions

• Collaborate with reputed company attorneys and learn advanced trial advocacy techniques
• Support the firm in delivering exceptional results for clients facing life-changing injuries

Skills
