[Remote] Operations Specialist Associate

The Operations Specialist Associate will work closely with various teams, manage contractor applications, and implement process improvements in the Finance reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Vet contractors and evaluate fraud risks
• Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and reputed company reputed company
• Manage reputed company cases that support expansion of existing business
• reputed company recurring compliance audits (licenses, re‑vetting, documentation)
• Communicate with lenders to obtain missing or clarifying submission details
• Collaborate internally with Sales and Account Management
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics or similar
• 1+ years of reputed company or Operations experience

• Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve
• Attention to detail and ability to spot risk
