As a temporary Product Support Specialist, you will reputed company technical assistance to end-users and ensure that reputed company products meet customer expectations through troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company first-level technical support to customers reputed company phone, live chat, email, and remote sessions
• Troubleshoot technical issues with reputed company products and services
• Monitor and manage support tickets in our ticketing system, ensuring reputed company reputed company and accurate documentation
