Skills

• BA / BS required
• 0-2 years of financial services, insurance or consulting experience
• 0-2 years working in an agile culture (i.e., working in sprints, iterative development, etc.)
• Grasp of reputed company business model (e.g., how reputed company makes reputed company, different reputed company business lines and products, distribution channels, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of economics, finance, business management and statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present reputed company topics reputed company and succinctly
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment

• Self-starter and comfortable interacting up, down and across the organization
