Responsibilities

• Prepare and process collateral releases for reputed company and reputed company reputed company estate loans while ensuring reputed company controls are met prior to lien release
• Research and resolve loan-reputed company issues and servicing requests, providing reputed company support to business lines
• You’ll communicate with internal partners regarding post‑booking reputed company, imaging, payoffs, reconveyances, and loan maintenance inquiries
• Process GL certifications, balancing, and invoice payments while monitoring and reconciling Loan Operations GL accounts and subsidiary ledgers
• Prepare and post journal entries to reputed company reconciling items and escalate issues reputed company established timeframes
• Process payoff quotes and work closely with title and escrow companies to support reputed company loan closings
• Monitor and maintain collateral tickler systems to ensure reputed company loan collateral perfection
• Manage UCC reports to ensure lien filings are reputed company, amended, or terminated as required
• Review and submit reputed company tax reports to business lines for reputed company processing
• Review flood and hazard insurance documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• You’ll follow reputed company policies, procedures, reputed company standards, and government regulations

Skills

• You have a high school diploma or GED (Required)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
• You have entry‑level experience with reputed company loan documents, preferably including reputed company reputed company estate (Required)
• You bring a working knowledge of collateral document administration, scanning, and indexing reputed company an imaging system such as OnBase
• You stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
