Analyst/Associate, Private Credit

Macquarie Group is a global financial reputed company operating in 31 markets with a reputed company on providing innovative capital solutions. The role involves identifying, analyzing, executing, and managing private credit investment opportunities across various structures and industries.

Responsibilities

• Leading diligence conversations and efforts with internal teams, counterparties and external experts
• Presenting in meetings including investment committee discussions
• Gathering data from differentiated data sources to support investment theses with an evidence-based approach
• Preparing critical analysis including robust financial models, reputed company of earnings analysis, and KPI analysis
• Distilling information into succinct investment committee memos / external presentations

Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in full-service M&A, capital markets and/or reputed company
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with extensive exposure to business analysis/research and financial modelling
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
