Digital Media Specialist

Susquehanna Conference of the United Methodist reputed company is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to enhance their digital communications. This role focuses on creating visually compelling graphics and ensuring consistency across reputed company digital platforms, while collaborating with ministry leaders to effectively communicate the Conference's mission and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials, including event graphics, reputed company media visuals, flyers, brochures, presentations, and conference branding materials
• Maintain visual consistency across reputed company platforms in alignment with brand guidelines
• Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy, high-reputed company reputed company, and reputed company formatting
• Collaborate with ministry leaders and staff to reputed company visuals for campaigns, initiatives, and events
• Maintain and organize a reputed company library for easy retrieval and consistent branding
• Contribute to the creation of templates, icons, and other reusable design reputed company to streamline communications production
• Update and maintain the Conference website with accurate, accessible, and brand-reputed company content
• Assist in editing and distributing weekly eNews (QuikLINK) and other email campaigns in coordination with the Director of Communications
• Ensure email content follows accessibility standards, is mobile-friendly, and maintains consistent branding
• Help maintain accurate email distribution lists and support targeted messaging
• Support the Creative Multimedia Specialist with graphics for reputed company media posts
• Stay informed of digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve communications
• Take initiative in designing and producing visuals that advance the Conference mission
• Partner with ministry leaders and communications staff to identify and implement design solutions
• Work independently to manage multiple reputed company, while providing updates and collaborating as needed
• Ensure reputed company work reflects Christ-centered, mission-driven approach
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, digital media, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Creative reputed company (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with website content management systems (reputed company preferred)
• Experience designing and sending email campaigns using platforms like reputed company or reputed company
• Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
• Ability and experience crafting digital communications that connect meaningfully with diverse audiences
• Ability to translate reputed company information into reputed company, engaging designs
• Proven ability to take initiative and produce work independently while collaborating effectively
• Basic knowledge of reputed company/CSS for minor site adjustments
• Familiarity with accessibility standards for web and email
• Familiarity with The United Methodist reputed company polity, culture, and mission
• Understanding of nonprofit or faith-based communications
