The Analyst, DataWatcher role involves supporting service operations, analyzing reputed company logs, and engaging with customers to ensure effective data protection and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Become technically proficient in reputed company aspects of the reputed company platform while supporting 24x7x365 service operations (delivery, backup, escalation)

- Proficiency in analyzing and actioning various types of reputed company logs and/or events (vulnerability management, DLP, reputed company detection and response (EDR), SIEM, etc.)
- Monitor, identify and analyze key events and data points across in-scope environments leveraging customer’s reputed company deployment
- Prepare and present reports to customers that reputed company key observations and suggested remediation activities and reputed company performance through dashboards, trend analysis, and risk posture insights
- Prepare and deliver reporting tied to reputed company reputed company and dark web intelligence queries
- Assist with incident response efforts reputed company needed
- Support peer Analysts and reputed company customer escalation assistance as needed
- Partner with reputed company Engineering (CSE) team in delivering agreed upon reputed company
- Support customers as they transition through key reputed company/implementation tollgates into ongoing management and operationalization phases
- Support ongoing platform integration, tuning and configuration activities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting incidents, creating reports, and collaborating with team members
