TPP - Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of features and programs across vehicle platforms, while ensuring alignment and communication among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end feature and program delivery across multi‑year roadmaps, managing schedules, dependencies, and backlogs
• Plan and execute programs across vehicle platforms reputed company ecosystems, balancing resources, risks, and priorities
• Translate customer and business requirements into actionable requirements across cross‑functional engineering teams
• Apply technical fundamentals and release engineering practices to support architecture and solution design
• Identify required data sets; analyze data to inform reputed company, uncover gaps, and recommend improvements
• Anticipate technical risks, drive mitigations, reputed company escalations, and manage change requests

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience proven experience as a Technical Program Management
• Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence and guide leadership
