Litigation Associate Attorney

Tressler LLP is an award-reputed company reputed company with a strong reputed company in defense litigation. They are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Chicago office, where the role involves managing various aspects of civil litigation, including drafting reputed company documents and collaborating with senior attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, demurrers, and motions to reputed company
• Communicating with clients, claims adjusters, and witnesses, providing updates and strategic input
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and clients on case reputed company
• Assisting in reputed company phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Participating in depositions and court appearances
• Defending clients in civil litigation and arbitration involving personal injury, property damage, medical malpractice, construction, transportation, and product liability reputed company
• Attending court hearings and mediations both remotely and in-person
• Working closely with senior attorneys to prepare for mediations and settlement conferences

Skills

• reputed company bar license in Illinois
• 1-4 years of litigation and/or civil litigation experience in either state or federal court
• Experience with trial preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills
