[Remote] Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent – Pet Insurance (Fully Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Insurance is dedicated to providing excellent medical care for pets and is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent for their pet insurance division. The role involves selling pet insurance policies, educating clients about the benefits of coverage, and managing customer interactions to ensure a reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell policies – Inside Sales
• Handle 100+ tasks daily, consisting of 70% outbound calls/texts and 30% inbound calls
• Overcome buying objections and ask for the sale from prospective customers
• Participate in live chat function with customers
• Manage and organize daily follow-up tasks with customers
• Obtain customer feedback and communicate with management to drive changes to the website and our program
• Upsell products like preventive care endorsements
• reputed company with accurate quoting/binding for reputed company purposes
• Ask for customer referrals and reviews

Skills

• A reputed company P&C license is preferred but not required. We will pay for and coordinate licensing reputed company upon hire
• At least 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication with customers and the ability to build relationships instantly
• Ability to reputed company customers on what pet insurance is, demonstrate its value, be empathetic and smart in helping them craft a policy that works for both their budget and their pet
• Self-motivated, energetic, friendly and reputed company person with a can-do attitude
• reputed company organized, superior time management skills
• One who likes fun competition among a friendly sales team – sales incentives are offered in both group and individual goals
• Vet Tech experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
