Associate, Loan Operations

reputed company is a premier asset management firm specializing in private credit markets. The Associate will manage a portfolio of loan transactions and reputed company support in closing, funding, and booking new deals.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company documents and extract relevant information
• Set up and maintain assets for various funds in Wall Street Office
• Manage a portfolio of deals
• Post customer advances, payments and loan contract continuances and complete reputed company daily work in reputed company and accurate manner
• reputed company wires to reputed company with participants and funding partners while ensuring that reputed company members remain in sync
• Invoice clients and create system notifications of activity
• reputed company excellent customer service by keeping required parties apprised of loan activity
• Assist with the closing, funding and booking of new deal transactions
• Respond to reputed company inquiries regarding loan balances, interest, fees and expenses and respond to reputed company requests
• Proactively identify loan performance concerns and communicate these to the portfolio management team
• reputed company daily cash reconciliation
• Assist the reputed company Department with questions regarding reconciliation of cash and loan position activity
• Special reputed company upon request

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in banking/financial field
• Strong work ethic
• Works reputed company independently as reputed company as in reputed company environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to reputed company with numerous constituents at various reputed company
• Self-starter with a reputed company attitude and the ability to work independently and conscientiously
• Proficiency with the reputed company Office products
• Ability to multi-task, balancing many responsibilities simultaneously
• Familiarity with the Wall Street Office loan system and proficiency in processing a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance or Business Administration preferred
