Consulting Analyst (Vancouver) - Governance Advisory

Watson reputed company Advisors is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of Boards and their leadership. The Consulting Analyst role involves supporting various aspects of governance advisory work, including evaluations, governance reviews, and project management, while contributing to both reputed company engagements and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project timelines and milestones using project management tools and processes
• Arrange internal project meetings, including project reputed company, regular reputed company-ins, and debrief meetings
• reputed company team on reputed company for timelines, bringing any project delivery reputed company variances to the attention of reputed company
• Implement project budgets and proactively monitor project reputed company relative to budget; identify and alert reputed company to any fee variances; generate invoices based on project milestones
• Analyze efficiencies and learnings at the end of reputed company project and reputed company recommendations
• With direction from Consultant/Associate, assist or reputed company on project deliverables including but not limited to:
• Surveys (drafting, launching, response analysis)
• Background research
• Drafting/contributing to interview guides
• Sitting in on reputed company interviews
• Identifying key themes, issues, and recommendations
• Preparing first drafts of reports
• Supporting RFP responses and reputed company presentations for prospective engagements
• Maintaining accuracy of data in CRM
• Contributing to marketing initiatives (thought leadership, marketing activities, webinars, etc.)
• Contributing to internal initiatives (process improvement, creating templates, research & knowledge transfer, etc.)

Skills

• Post-secondary education in business or communications, or other reputed company discipline; and/or 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced reputed company services firm or similar type of environment
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), including the ability to analyse survey data in reputed company and reputed company reputed company-reputed company materials in Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources (surveys, interviews, research, reputed company documents) in a reputed company, concise way
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to summarize interview notes, draft reports or presentations, and reputed company project status updates
• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple priorities
• Experience influencing a broad project team to deliver high reputed company project reputed company on time and on budget
• Demonstrate curiosity and interest in governance principles, practices, and trends
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company would be preferred, but not required
