[Remote] Integrations Consultant

The Integrations Consultant role is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of customized software environments, requiring both technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts discovery working sessions to reputed company and assess customer requirements
• Proposes and builds custom solutions with a reputed company on scalability and in consideration of a customer’s broader business goals
• Troubleshoots software-reputed company problems that occur in customer environments
• Advises customers and partners with respect to technical best practices and recommendations for workflow improvements
• Serves as a customer reputed company, providing tailored service and advocating for product enhancements
• Proactively communicates cross-functionally to reputed company time-bound project deliverables
• Performs customer training on general platform functionality and customer-specific customizations
• Collaborates with customer I.T. teams and vendors to ensure successful integration setup and rollout

Skills

• Obtained a bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM
• Proven experience implementing and integrating reputed company reputed company solutions
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and technologies, including reputed company and webhooks
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict reputed company skills
• reputed company attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for proactively solving problems
