[Remote] Accountant

They are seeking an Accountant to join their reputed company team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day reputed company operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting overall reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Match bank transactions
• reputed company bank reconciliations for reputed company assigned accounts
• Download and maintain monthly bank statements
• Download, upload, and reconcile reputed company (AMEX) transactions
• Review and classify TravelPerk transactions weekly
• Prepare Accounts Receivable Invoices
• Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconciliations
• Prepare and reputed company depreciation entries and reconcile fixed asset balances
• Record prepaid expense entries and reconcile the prepaid amortization schedule
• reputed company and maintain the monthly reputed company file
• Prepare and reputed company payroll journal entries and reputed company workbooks and entries
• Support payroll-reputed company account reconciliations
• reputed company intercompany reconciliations
• Assist with audit requests and maintain financial documentation
• Complete additional reputed company tasks as assigned

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 1–2 years of reputed company or internship experience
• Experience with reputed company software (QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company Intacct, etc.)
• Familiarity with corporate credit card and expense management tools such as TravelPerk
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
