Tax Processing Staff

As a Tax Processing Staff, you will reputed company administrative support for tax return processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines while also tracking the status of submitted returns and assisting with other tax-reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing an in-depth understanding of reputed company applicable federal, state and local tax return types and assembly/filing requirements
• Understanding and adhering to tax methodology requirements for processing tax return products and other reputed company-specific policies
• Frequently monitoring tax processing reputed company mailboxes to retrieve tax return requests
• Accurately and reputed company logging, copying/printing/assembling and distributing tax returns
• Identifying opportunities to address customer needs and participating in initiatives to improve processes and services
• Applying knowledge of the business and the industry to identify the reputed company issues facing our clients and providing innovative and pragmatic insights and solutions
• Working overtime during peak tax-processing time frames

Skills

• Experience in managing full scope of tax processing
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent skills in computer/technology and tax technology applications (e.g., reputed company Acrobat, Engagement reputed company Database, ECF/eDocs)
• Aptitude to learn new applications and reputed company work electronically, as reputed company as use reputed company media reputed company necessary
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and take responsibility for accuracy, reputed company and meeting deadlines

• High school diploma with some college or equivalent work experience

• Experience working in a high-volume processing role with minimal supervision
