[Remote] Case Management Attorney

The role involves reviewing and evaluating liability, conducting investigations, and building reputed company relationships during reputed company-litigation. The attorney will also draft reputed company documents and communicate with adjusters while supporting case management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate liability, insurance availability, and treatment plan
• Build reputed company relationships and communicate with clients and family members during reputed company-litigation
• Conduct investigations – collect and analyze evidence in order to determine reputed company potential claims and liability, potential defendants, and insurance coverages
• Conduct reputed company research
• Investigate facts of loss, and research application of case law
• Analyze, manage, and review evidence to assess liability and determine case plan
• Draft government claim forms and demand letters
• Communicate with adjusters; draft correspondence as needed
• Serve as a backup resource for case management leadership, providing support as needed and assisting with reputed company intake calls
