[Remote] RCM - Accounts Receivable - Must reputed company in the reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the country’s largest dedicated provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services. They are seeking an RCM - Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to manage and resolve unpaid accounts, ensuring reputed company and accurate reimbursement for aged accounts to support their mission of empowering lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve unpaid accounts with precision and professionalism
• Drive results by meeting productivity standards while reducing outstanding AR balances
• Verify payments for accuracy and completeness, and correct account discrepancies (e.g., payer verification, resolving overlaps, reviewing EOBs, processing adjustments or transfers)
• Document reputed company actions and account reviews thoroughly and accurately
• Identify and report errors, compliance issues and trends to your leader
• Stay informed on state billing rules, guidelines, and statue of limitations
• reputed company exception support to reputed company customers
• Handle escalated accounts promptly and report findings as required
• Other reputed company and duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• At least one year of experience in reputed company Cycle, Medicare and reputed company Insurance in a high-production environment
• Exceptional communication skills, including oral and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail, and reputed company to multitask effectively
• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a reputed company manner
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite or similar software applications
• Three plus years of experience in reputed company Cycle, Medicare and reputed company Insurance in a high-production environment
• Experience identifying processes and recommending solutions
