Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Yardmaster, Inc. is a high-growth leader in the landscape design, construction, and maintenance industry. They are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their expanding Michigan operations, managing recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring efforts for the Detroit and Southeast Michigan markets, from field crews to specialized roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling complex interview cycles (phone, video, and onsite)
- Maintain accurate data within Alliance HRIS and ensure all new hire documentation is processed efficiently through the MI-UI platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants in the Michigan region, ensuring a professional and upbeat candidate experience
- Facilitate the transition from offer to day-one, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed into the Yardmaster family
Skills
- 1–3 years in HR coordination, high-level administrative support, or high-volume recruiting
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between regional branch locations
- Excellent verbal and written skills; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a major plus for our diverse field teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS or HRIS software (Alliance HRIS experience preferred)
- Alliance HRIS experience preferred
