Lakeside Life Insurance is offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in working virtually as a Sales Representative, focusing on mortgage protection, final expense, and life insurance. The role allows agents to meet with clients who request information, with no cold calling involved, and offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Train agents to meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability
• Provide agents with exclusive, qualified direct mail leads
• Support agents in obtaining their state life insurance license if they are not currently licensed
• Assist agents in building rapport and connecting with clients over the phone/virtually
• Encourage agents to utilize the proven training system designed for success

Skills

• Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States
• You will need a state life insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, that is ok! We will assist you in getting set up for courses to prepare for your Life exam and obtain your license. This typically takes about 1-2 weeks
• Have a clean criminal background (a background check w/fingerprinting must be done)
• Ability to build rapport and connect with clients over the phone/virtually
• Ethical, self-disciplined, and trustworthy
• Have a growth mindset

• Independent, teachable/coachable and honest
• Personable, have strong integrity and willingness to serve clients
