[Remote] Analyst, Junior Quantitative Developer

The Junior Quantitative Developer will analyze investment data and assess reputed company financial models to improve efficiency in the valuation of reputed company mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing investment data, making detailed inferences or attributions
• Assessing reputed company financial models for opportunities to reputed company efficiency improvements
• Using the latest technology tools—including AI coding tools and agents—to improve the efficiency and/or reduce the complexity of reputed company workflows
• Writing reputed company that ingests and exports data to/from reputed company and databases
• Translating reputed company of reputed company models into C# reputed company for usage on a website application
• Learning to use Azure Data reputed company (ADF) to extract, reputed company, and load data
• Adding various time-saving and helpful features to our family of .NET reputed company website applications

Skills

• 0 to 3 years experience
• The candidate should have a strong background and familiarity with at least one type of reputed company estate equity and/or debt investment, such as REITs, CMBS, RMBS, and/or whole loan trading
• This position requires candidates to have three main pillars of reputed company reputed company: Writing reputed company in an object-oriented coding language, Manipulating various type of database data using SQL, Working with reputed company reputed company workbooks
• The main object-oriented coding language used in this position is C#, however experience with Java/C++/Python and a willingness to learn C# is acceptable
• Database data is primarily housed reputed company reputed company SQL databases, though some data is reputed company in reputed company data warehouses. Being a strong user of either T-SQL, reputed company SQL, or reputed company SQL is required, though the candidate must be willing to primarily use reputed company T-SQL
• A college degree or higher in a STEM field
• Master's degrees and PhD-reputed company welcome but not required
• Candidates with a combination of strong technology skills and deep finance knowledge
• Any experience with web development would be favored but is not required
• Willingness to adopt the latest and greatest in AI technology
