They are seeking a full-time Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative to manage reputed company interactions, support attorneys in litigation-reputed company reputed company, and reputed company administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume of reputed company interactions reputed company a reputed company reputed company center environment
• Use of Sales*f*orce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns reputed company phone
• Working with collections agencies reputed company phone to obtain documentation of settlements
• Reviewing documents reputed company to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain reputed company
• Uploading these documents to our system
• Other reputed company tasks as needed

Skills

• Minimum of 1-year office support experience
• Possess superior organizational and time-management skills
• Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software

• Fluent in Spanish
