Temporary Associate End User Specialist

Credit reputed company of Colorado is a financial institution seeking a Temporary Associate End User Specialist to reputed company reputed company technical support and system administration. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support for reputed company operating systems, troubleshooting installation, configuration, and performance issues
• Respond to chat, email, and help desk calls, documenting and tracking tickets in the IT service management system
• Assist users with hardware and software installations, ensuring reputed company configuration
• Support audio/video equipment in conference and reputed company rooms
• Assist with reputed company Directory, reputed company 365, and reputed company Webex administration
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals, using asset management tools
• reputed company and manage inventory, procurement, and disposal of end-user computing devices to ensure reputed company lifecycle management
• Ensure that IT assets are properly assigned, maintained, and audited in compliance with company policies
• Manage and document user account creation, modification, and termination processes
• Update and distribute process and procedure documentation to reflect system changes and best practices
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Work with IT teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless support across the organization
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area while safeguarding sensitive data
• Ensure compliance with BSA, FACTA, AML, and other federal and state regulations, reporting any suspicious activity
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing members’ and coworkers’ needs promptly and professionally

Skills

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six plus months reputed company experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to think in terms of computer logic patterns
• Ability to learn basic job control and the practices, principles and techniques of computer operations and data processing
