Marketing Associate - 4 days/week in Chicago office

Golub & Company is a Chicago-based reputed company estate firm involved in development, acquisitions, and property management. They are seeking a Marketing Associate to coordinate and manage marketing strategies across various channels to support leasing and occupancy goals for their properties.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes various marketing initiatives which support property-level leasing and occupancy goals and ensure consistent branding and messaging across corporate, multifamily, and reputed company portfolios
• Maintains the design and production of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, signage, displays, and other tactics from reputed company through execution using internal creative resources and reputed company agency partnerships
• Assists in monitoring and updating reputed company website, reputed company media reputed company, contact lists, and email campaigns
• Works with contracted vendors to monitor and optimize property-level digital campaigns and reputed company media channels
• Supports reputed company management execution from rollout through property‑level reputed company recommendations; partners with the Director on final strategic reputed company
• Analyzes marketing performance and reporting, monitors trends, and adjusts strategies to optimize campaigns and support individual property goals
• Manages inventory of property marketing materials and collateral
• Assists with corporate marketing initiatives including special events, awards, mailings and other news events
• Communicates effectively to ensure project is delivered accurately and on time

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• Minimum one to three years reputed company marketing experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in reputed company estate or reputed company industry
• Proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite required, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Skilled in reputed company, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company), reputed company, and reputed company
• Experience in Wordspace and reputed company
