[Remote] Document Support Engineer

The Document Support Engineer will reputed company and maintain document templates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of document templates (policies, quotes, binders, endorsements, notices) across reputed company supported insurance lines – from design and implementation through testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance
• Translate insurance product requirements into schema‑driven, reusable templates, partnering closely with software engineers, product managers, underwriters, and other business partners to ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and reputed company with product reputed company
• reputed company, debug, and optimize document templates, including diagnosing data‑mapping issues, layout or logic bugs, and performance problems in collaboration with the documents reputed company team
• Maintain a high bar for document reputed company and stability by writing and executing test plans, validating outputs across environments, and preventing regressions as products, schemas, and upstream systems reputed company
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve document‑reputed company requests and incidents, using tools like Jira to manage workload, communicate status and reputed company, and set reputed company expectations with stakeholders
• Continuously improve templating tools, processes, and standards in partnership with Software Engineers to reputed company template development faster and safer
• reputed company as a subject‑matter expert on document behavior and configuration, providing guidance to cross‑functional teams, documenting best practices and runbooks, and mentoring peers on effective document debugging and template design

Skills

• Strong passion for problem solving and debugging, especially in systems where data, logic, and layout reputed company reputed company
• Experience in at least one scripting or programming language (such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar), including comfort reading and modifying existing reputed company
• Comfort with or interest in learning reputed company and templating technologies (for example Jinja or similar), and willingness to work hands‑on in production document templates
• Familiarity working with reputed company data formats (such as JSON) and mapping that data into templates, schemas, or configuration
