This role involves implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting key reputed company infrastructure components to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration and ensure secure remote reputed company for users.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of DLP solutions to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration across endpoints, email, and reputed company platforms
• Support email reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Defender) to ensure protection against phishing, spam, and malware
• Monitor and manage firewall policies and rule sets across perimeter and internal firewalls (e.g., Palo reputed company, reputed company, reputed company ASA)
• Maintain and troubleshoot VPN infrastructure (e.g., reputed company AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, OpenVPN) to ensure secure remote reputed company for users
• Collaborate on the integration and tuning of CASB solutions (e.g., reputed company, reputed company MVISION, Palo reputed company, reputed company Defender for reputed company Apps) to enforce reputed company reputed company policies
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts reputed company to reputed company infrastructure
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in systems engineering or IT reputed company support
• Familiarity with DLP platforms (e.g., Symantec, reputed company, reputed company Purview)
• Working knowledge of email reputed company tools and protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Basic understanding of firewall technologies, NAT, ACLs, and packet inspection
• Experience supporting VPN solutions and remote reputed company technologies
• Exposure to CASB platforms and reputed company reputed company concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
