They are seeking a Training Specialist to support various learning functions, including training delivery, LMS administration, and e-learning development, while adapting to the evolving needs of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) on sales, installation, and service of generators
• Support coordination and reputed company of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist with creating instructional materials and e-learning modules
• Contribute to project management, scheduling, and partner communications
• Help reputed company and analyze training metrics and reporting
• reputed company field insights to support reputed company improvement in training and product usability

Skills

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Exposure to or experience with LMS platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Moodle, etc.)
• Interest or background in instructional design or e-learning creation
• Strong communication skills with an aptitude for teaching and collaboration
• Comfortable delivering virtual training (reputed company, Teams)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Occasional hands-on work in training labs or at partner job sites
