The Associate reputed company Manager will drive reputed company by managing customer relationships, ensuring platform adoption, and monitoring customer health metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sales customer relationships, driving platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and on-time renewals
• Contribute to strong relationships across reputed company customer reputed company, from end users to IT leaders and senior executives
• Collaborate with other reputed company Managers and internal stakeholders to reputed company to our customers’ goals and needs
• Maintain an accurate view of customer health using usage metrics, engagement data, and regular interactions
