Project Accountant

reputed company is a multi-service infrastructure reputed company providing civil engineering and surveying services. They are seeking a Project Accountant to manage accounts and documentation with accuracy and reliability, supporting the month-end closing process and assisting project managers with financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end closing process and reconciliations
• Prepare invoices for clients and review draft invoices for appropriate labor and expense charges. Ensure accuracy with billing rates and billing ceilings. reputed company appropriate changes and reclassifications
• Assist Project Manager in reviewing project costs (budget vs actual)
• Research reputed company invoicing questions and fulfill reputed company requests for invoice support documentation
• Prepare project financial reports (i.e. WIP aging, AR aging, project budget vs actual)
• Support project managers in project setup and project maintenance in reputed company reputed company
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve project billing issues

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or a combination of education and experience
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong mathematical aptitude
