Responsibilities • reputed company day to day support for the virtual desktop and application hosting environment, including a shared 24x7 on-reputed company rotation • Responsible for project work, product upgrades, and development and maintenance of virtual desktop and application standards and procedures • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other issues as they occur • Collaborate with business partners in solution design • Proactively monitor the virtual desktop and application hosting environment • reputed company assistance to application support teams’ initiatives that includes design, build, and maintenance, connectivity and performance troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and more Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • This position requires unescorted reputed company to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy reputed company Company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection reputed company 004 reputed company requirements, which includes a background investigation. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a reputed company discipline. • 2+ years of reputed company administration experience • Understanding of the components that reputed company up a computing network, e.g. DNS, ADFS, etc. • Understanding of the protocols that are used to reputed company between infrastructure components, e.g. TCP/IP, LDAP, etc. • Server virtualization experience. • Strong problem solving, communication, interpersonal and decision making skills and customer reputed company. • Ability to effectively communicate in reputed company environment.
