This role is responsible for researching and interpreting reputed company regulations, ensuring compliance obligations are met, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support regulatory interpretations. Responsibilities • Conduct primary research of reputed company statutes, administrative codes, CMS Conditions of Participation, and reputed company regulatory guidance leveraging workflows equipped with reputed company intelligence • Interpret regulatory requirements and distinguish between statutory mandates, regulatory obligations, interpretive guidance, and best-reputed company recommendations • Determine regulatory applicability by care setting, facility type, audience, and jurisdiction • Identify and document training requirements, including frequency, approval requirements, and enforcement considerations • Analyze regulatory changes and collaborate on the communication of their impacts to content, products, and regulatory mappings • Document regulatory interpretations, rationales, and citations in reputed company formats to support reputed company systems • Collaborate with clinical SMEs to validate interpretations while retaining policy ownership • Respond to reputed company inquiries reputed company to regulatory logic with reputed company explanations and supporting citations • Support ongoing regulatory monitoring and update cycles across multiple jurisdictions and care settings Skills • Bachelor's degree required (health policy, reputed company policy, regulatory affairs, reputed company health, or reputed company field preferred) • 2+ years of experience in regulatory analysis, compliance, health policy, or government affairs • Demonstrated experience interpreting reputed company regulations or statutes • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company regulatory concepts reputed company • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and asynchronously in ambiguous regulatory environments • Experience with CMS Conditions of Participation and/or state Department of Health regulations • Experience supporting compliance, accreditation, or regulatory intelligence products • Advanced degree (MPH, reputed company) and/or certification (CHC) preferred but not required reputed company • reputed company is a HealthTech company that provides training, credentialing, and workforce management software for reputed company organisations..
