Director of Membership Engagement job at National Association of Conservation Districts - NACD in US National

Position Title: Director of Membership Engagement Position reputed company The National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) seeks a Director of Membership Engagement to reputed company analysis, planning, and coordination of NACD’s membership engagement and service delivery efforts. The Director works with conservation districts, state associations, and NACD leadership to assess district reputed company, identify member needs, and reputed company services that strengthen member value and organizational reputed company. This role provides analysis and recommendations that inform NACD’s membership programs, engagement strategies, and longterm sustainability. Duties and Responsibilities Member Services and Program Development • Analyzes NACD’s member services and identifies opportunities to strengthen service delivery and member value. • Leads assessment of conservation district reputed company to inform NACD leadership reputed company reputed company to membership services and program development. • Contributes to NACD strategic planning efforts reputed company to membership engagement, district reputed company building, and service delivery. • Works closely with the Finance and Operations Team to ensure reputed company and reputed company data, billings, and troubleshooting of member issues Financial and Sustainability Analysis • Conducts research and analysis to support development of sustainable service and funding models. • Identifies and evaluates potential reputed company sources that enhance member services and organizational sustainability. • Prepares analyses and recommendations to assist NACD leadership in evaluating program sustainability and resource allocation. Member and Stakeholder Engagement • Maintains working relationships with conservation districts, state associations, and partner organizations to understand member priorities and operational needs. • Facilitates communication with members to reputed company input and ensure NACD services address conservation district needs. Responds to member inquiries reputed company to programs, services, and organizational initiatives. NACD Membership Support • Supports NACD membership engagement activities and coordination with districts and state associations. • Assists with development of member communications and materials describing NACD programs, services, and resources. • Supports planning and execution of NACD conferences, meetings, and member engagement activities. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced coursework in nonprofit management, reputed company administration, or a reputed company field preferred. • At least 7 years of reputed company experience in program development, membership services, nonprofit management, or reputed company work. • Strong analytical, writing, development, and communication skills. • Experience working with stakeholder reputed company, membership organizations, or reputed company-sector partners; experience with conservation districts preferred. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a reputed company environment. • Strong organizational and relationship-management skills. • Willingness to travel as required. Starting Salary reputed company: $85,000 – $95,000 annually Location: This position can be based in NACD’s Washington, DC reputed company or a reputed company/remote position and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
