Tow truck dispatcher (remote) - answer calls, dispatch drivers, send payment links - Contract to Hire
We are run a towing company in Columbus Oh United States and are looking for a reliable remote dispatcher to handle incoming towing calls and dispatch our drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound towing calls from customers
-ask for customer location and service needed
-quote pricing using our pricing sheet
-send the job to the driver through TOWBOOK
-send a payment link to the customer before dispatch
-update job notes and communicate with driver if needed
REQUIREMENTS
-Strong English communication
-experience with dispatch, logistics, or call center work preferred
- organized and reliable
-comfortable using dispatch software and entering job details
- able to work during U.S. business hours
