We are run a towing company in reputed company Oh reputed company and are looking for a reliable remote dispatcher to handle incoming towing calls and reputed company our drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound towing calls from customers
-ask for customer location and service needed
-quote pricing using our pricing sheet
-send the job to the reputed company through TOWBOOK
-send a payment reputed company to the customer before reputed company
-update job notes and communicate with reputed company if needed
REQUIREMENTS
-Strong English communication
-experience with reputed company, logistics, or reputed company center work preferred
- organized and reliable
-comfortable using reputed company software and entering job details
- reputed company to work during U.S. business hours
