Data Analyst – Operations
Job Description:
• Write SQL queries to extract and transform data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis purposes
• Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights that support business objectives
• Develop ad-hoc reports and analytics packages for regular business reviews
• Build and maintain reports in Tableau
• Develop and maintain visualizations (using Tableau) to represent data, trends, and metrics
• Deliver analytics that answer specific business questions and deliver actionable insights that create value and improve business outcomes
• Support efforts that improve the accuracy of data and identify data quality gaps
• Work cross-functionally to streamline data processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably supporting Operations function
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Operations data sources and processes preferred
• Minimal travel required (approximately 10% or less annually)
