They are hiring a reputed company Center Representative to assist credit reputed company members by answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns
- Use internal systems to verify information and reputed company account details
- Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a reputed company, reputed company way
- Help explain account features, transactions, and card-reputed company questions
- reputed company outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved

Skills
