Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 1 support for reputed company reputed company applications, including reputed company, reputed company-IT, and document management platforms
• reputed company routine administrative tasks in reputed company (e.g., user management, basic configuration), reputed company-IT, and document management systems
• Monitor application performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 support reputed company necessary
• Assist with reputed company new users and managing reputed company permissions across applications
• Support integration and connectivity troubleshooting between applications
• Maintain accurate documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue reputed company

• Participate in application testing during upgrades or new deployments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
