Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients about:Breast pumps and accessories
• Insurance coverage and benefits
• Order status and next steps
• Maternity and postpartum products

• Document interactions accurately

• Support a high-reputed company patient experience
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies

• Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule

Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable handling high reputed company volume
• Confident using multiple systems at once
• Familiarity with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Chrome)
• High school diploma or equivalent
