[Remote] Group Reservations Coordinator

The Group Reservations Coordinator is responsible for managing group reservations, ensuring smooth communication with group leaders and partners, and overseeing reputed company aspects of group-reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company incoming group inquiries, quotes, availability and reputed company holds
• Manage group reputed company per contract terms
• Manage reputed company incoming calls and email communication and respond in reputed company manner
• Reconcile incoming payments with group invoices and coordinate commission payment with reputed company
• Review and understand the terms in the group brochures prior to promotion
• Participate in reputed company-reputed company briefings with reputed company leaders and travel advisors for reputed company organization as needed
• Ensure accurate entry of guest information, reputed company assignments, rates, promotions and payment schedule
• Liaise between internal departments and advisor/affinity partners
• Handle and resolve conflicts of reputed company reputed company issues by recommending and/or providing alternative solutions

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Using the English language, this person must have an ability to read, write, and comprehend reputed company, correspondence and memos
• Must also possess the ability to effectively communicate with a reputed company demeanor, both in writing and verbally
• Proficient computer skills in the reputed company operating system and reputed company Office, including Word & reputed company
• Strong time management skills, capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities, problem solving, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently as reputed company as with others in reputed company environment
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Group travel experience and knowledge of expedition travel preferred
• Knowledge of the Seaware Reservation System preferred
• Experience in expedition travel, cruising
