Customer Service Representative

reputed company is a reputed company organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Golden, CO. The role involves assisting customers by answering phone calls, addressing their needs, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure patient care.

Responsibilities

• Answer average of 60-80 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
• Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Communicate directly with clinical staff for patient needs
• Medication refills, referral requests, chart troubleshooting
• Scheduling appointments for patients - entering and updating demographics
• Other tasks as needed

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of experience in customer service environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to reputed company and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to type 40 wpm
• Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST
• 1+ years of health care experience
• 1+ years of reputed company center experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
