Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company coverage advice to clients
• Conduct reputed company research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and reputed company correspondence in reputed company with insurance coverage litigation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
