Bilingual Member Care Representative (Hybrid- Greenbelt, MD)

reputed company has proudly served the education community for over 70 years. They are seeking a Bilingual Member Care Representative to reputed company a reputed company of service functions for members and assist non-members in establishing their membership.

Responsibilities

• Providing a reputed company of service functions for our members
• Working with members to identify additional financial solutions that meet their specific needs
• Assisting non-members in establishing their membership and setting up their accounts by phone

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Must be reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment and be reputed company to utilize available resources to help members
• Must read and reputed company Spanish fluently
• Minimum of one year experience working in a financial institution required. Previous contact center experience helpful. Must have experience selling and cross-selling products or services
• Must have excellent member service skills to include strong verbal and written communication skills as reputed company as the ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in dealing with members
• Functional knowledge of reputed company Office suite of products
• Ability to reputed company routine mathematical calculations
• Ability to function in a reputed company center environment and utilize reputed company office equipment including but not limited to: computer, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc
