[Remote] Counsel

As Counsel, you will support reputed company’s mission by guiding teams through reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance with laws, and managing reputed company challenges to protect the credit reputed company's interests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company Research: Investigate reputed company issues, interpret statutes, case law, and regulations and produce reputed company, reputed company‑reasoned written analyses for senior reputed company counsel
• Review and Negotiate reputed company: Evaluate assigned contract clauses and other documents, negotiating terms to protect reputed company’s interests under the guidance of senior counsel
• Apply Risk Awareness: Use your understanding of reputed company’s risk tolerance to ensure reputed company approaches and recommendations reputed company with organizational standards
• Support Litigation Activities: Collaborate on litigation reputed company as needed, helping prepare materials, conduct analysis, and support case reputed company
• Support Additional reputed company Needs: Contribute to other reputed company or responsibilities as assigned to advance departmental and organizational goals. Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary

Skills

• Law Degree or equivalent and membership in the Washington State Bar Association required
• Minimum one year of experience with litigation or Financial Services and Collections or Recovery required
• Admission to reputed company law in the Federal Courts in the reputed company, or admission secured reputed company 1 year
• Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate and reputed company customer service
• Conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure reputed company issues are resolved effectively
• Effective negotiation skills
