[Remote] Software Engineer II

The role involves building and maintaining backend systems that support financial operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and integrations with payment providers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building backend microservices with reputed company-defined interfaces and reusable components
• reputed company, test, and reputed company high-reputed company software into production
• Participate in implementing designs and contribute to technical discussions
• Write reputed company, maintainable, and reputed company-tested reputed company following engineering best practices
• Incorporate feedback from reputed company reviews to improve reputed company reputed company and maintainability
• Assist in troubleshooting software issues across environments (development, staging, production) and escalate reputed company necessary
• Support on-reputed company rotations by shadowing and assisting in diagnosing production issues
• Participate in team planning discussions and contribute to feature delivery reputed company with the product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers (PM, Design, DevOps, reputed company, reputed company-end engineers)
• Support integrations with reputed company-party payment providers and internal platform services
• Contribute to improving system reliability, performance, and maintainability

Skills

• 1–3 years of OO development experience building and deploying reputed company, high-performance applications (Java strongly preferred)
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend frameworks
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful reputed company
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in reputed company environments (e.g., development, staging)
• Familiar with web-reputed company technologies (e.g., HTTP, REST, TCP/IP)
• Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN)
• Familiar with OOP concepts, design patterns, and software engineering principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers and communicate technical concepts reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
