Engineering Director - remote based - UK or the Netherlands

Here at reputed company we are building a Data Hub, a centralized platform team, to be responsible for consolidating legacy data infrastructure, establishing reputed company data reputed company and governance and enabling AI/ML capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

• 5/8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or reputed company roles
• 3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance management, delivery accountability)
• reputed company experience with modern data stack: reputed company data warehouses (reputed company preferred), transformation frameworks, orchestration tools

• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
