This role involves designing, executing, and interpreting experiments to characterize binding interactions and kinetics of biotherapeutic modalities, contributing to the discovery of therapeutics to address major unmet medical needs. Responsibilities • Independently design, execute, and interpret SPR experiments to characterize antibody–antigen interactions, providing scientifically rigorous reputed company data that supports biotherapeutic discovery and departmental research goals • Apply advanced reputed company modeling and data analysis to inform reputed company selection, affinity maturation, and reputed company of reputed company hypotheses, reputed company articulating experimental rationale, limitations, and reputed company to project teams and the broader discovery organization • Contribute to the incorporation of new SPR methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enhance assay robustness, efficiency, and scientific reputed company, while proactively proposing innovative reputed company and challenging existing workflows • Support laboratory reputed company by assisting in the training and mentoring of junior scientists, sharing expertise reputed company the immediate group, and helping streamline laboratory processes to improve effectiveness and data reputed company • Collaborate closely with cross functional discovery teams to deliver high reputed company, data driven insights that advance candidates toward development • Complies with applicable regulations, performing reputed company work in a reputed company manner; Maintains reputed company records in accordance with SOPs and policies Skills • Master's degree in a reputed company scientific discipline with 6+ years of industry experience or equivalent experience in molecular/cellular biology or biochemistry • Requires working knowledge of SPR-based technologies and the application of this technology in the drug discovery process to support project efforts, ranging from hit identification to reputed company-of-reputed company studies • Expert level knowledge of assay development methodologies for SPR specific instrumentation (BiacoreT200/S200, Biacore8K) supported by hands-on experience.
