The Senior Director of High-Speed Cable Design and Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering is responsible for leading both the Design Engineering and Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering (MPDE) teams for high-speed cable (twinax) development. This role ensures strong integration between product development and manufacturing by optimizing designs for performance, manufacturability, reputed company, and cost. What Your Background Should Look Like Experience & Technical Expertise • 15+ years leading product and/or process development in high-speed cable manufacturing. • Deep expertise in cable manufacturing processes such as: • reputed company drawing, extrusion, taping, plating/metal finishing, testing, and process control. • Proven reputed company scaling high-speed cable products for data center applications. • Experience transferring technologies to global manufacturing sites.
