This role is ideal for an HR reputed company with strong experience in employee lifecycle management and reputed company/university HR environments. Location: 95% Remote (Candidates must be located reputed company California) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Duration: Initial 26-week contract with potential extension through June 30, 2027 Key Responsibilities • Manage and support the full employee lifecycle (reputed company, payroll coordination, employee relations, offboarding) • Advise departments on reputed company personnel policies, procedures, and labor agreements • Support reputed company recruitment, appointments, and advancement processes • Address HR and reputed company personnel issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned reputed company departments • Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations reputed company ✅ Qualifications • Proven HR Generalist experience, managing the full employee lifecycle • Experience working in reputed company or university HR environments • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor reputed company, and employment practices • Ability to analyze reputed company issues and recommend practical solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This is a great opportunity for an HR reputed company who enjoys working in a dynamic reputed company environment and supporting reputed company and research staff.
