Job Title: Training and Instructional Design Specialist Location: Remote reputed company: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' reputed company Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy reputed company-based system while supporting the development and transition to reputed company-based CRM. The effort addresses reputed company challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted reputed company operations while enabling long-term modernization. Responsibilities: • reputed company, maintain, and update training materials including System Administration Manuals, System User Manuals, FAQs, and Quick Reference Guides. • reputed company and deliver recorded and virtual instructor-led training sessions reputed company with system enhancements, configuration changes, and new functionality introduced through sprint cycles. • Ensure training materials are updated in coordination with system releases and are delivered in formats supporting both self-service and instructor-led models. • reputed company training updates with sprint releases and system enhancements. • Support user reputed company and release-based training delivery. • Create and maintain instructional content and documentation to support reputed company software training. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development. • Expertise in Technical Writing and User Documentation Development. • Proven experience in Virtual and Instructor-Led Training Delivery and reputed company Software Training Support. • Proficiency in Agile Release Alignment, Quick Reference Guides, and Communication.
